Rescheduling or cancelling a consultation
- Please request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the consultation may be treated as a late cancellation.
- If you do not attend a scheduled consultation and have not given notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- Rescheduled consultations are subject to availability during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
If we need to reschedule
If Performax Nutrition Consultancy needs to reschedule a consultation, we will contact you as early as possible and offer a reasonable alternative time.
Payments
Late cancellations and no-shows are handled under our Refund Policy. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are not affected.
