Your photographs are private by default
Progress and transformation photographs shared during your plan are used only to review your progress. They are never published on this website, social media or anywhere else without your separate, specific written consent.
What we ask before publishing
- Which images or videos may be used
- Where they may appear: website, Instagram and other social media, advertisements, brochures or other materials
- How you will be identified: full name, first name, initials, or anonymously
- Whether any details such as duration or results may be shown, which you will review and approve
How we present transformations
- Photographs are shown as supplied. We do not alter bodies or faces, and any editing is limited to technical formatting such as cropping, background or sizing.
- We do not imply a result the images do not support, and we state that individual results vary.
- We do not publish medical or other sensitive information unless you have expressly authorised it and disclosure is lawful.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@performaxnutrition.fit or WhatsApp / phone +91 72191 69371. We will remove the content from our website and our own social media accounts. Content that has already been shared or downloaded by others may not be fully retrievable, and we will explain what can and can't be removed.
