Genuine reviews only
- We publish only genuine reviews and testimonials from real clients.
- We do not write, invent or materially change a testimonial, or attribute words to a client that they did not say.
- Minor edits for spelling or formatting never change the meaning of a statement, and the client approves the final wording.
- Every published testimonial requires the client's written permission.
Results in testimonials
Where a testimonial mentions a measurable result, we keep supporting records and the client's approval. We do not present any individual result as typical or guaranteed.
Incentives
If a review is ever incentivised in any way, this will be clearly disclosed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the guidelines on misleading advertisements and endorsements.
Removal
Clients can ask for their review or testimonial to be removed at any time by contacting hello@performaxnutrition.fit or WhatsApp / phone +91 72191 69371.
