Our refund policy
All plans, packages, consultations and other services are offered at the prices communicated for the selected service. Please review the service description, inclusions, pricing and terms before completing payment.
Once a plan, package, consultation or service has been purchased or the service has commenced, the amount paid is non-refundable and no refund will be processed.
If you choose not to continue with a purchased plan or package, the unused portion is not converted into a cash refund.
Payment errors
Where a payment needs to be reversed because of a duplicate transaction, a technical payment error or another legally required circumstance, contact us and the matter will be reviewed and handled through the relevant payment provider or lawful process.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights or remedies you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
